Job summary

Coherent Malaysia is seeking an order management professional to create and book sales orders, release pick slips for sub-con shipments, and coordinate intercompany shipments for shipment or billing.

The role involves SOC requests, stock status checks against ATS/PO/IR/Oracle, daily stage reports, QA coordination to avoid overdue shipments, and participation in quarter-end activities; 100% onsite.

Qualifications

• Degree required; 2–3 years of similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and book sales orders and release pick slips for shipments.
• Perform SOC requests based on workflow.
• Check ATS, PO/IR and Oracle stock status to ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with store personnel to prevent delays in shipment preparation.
• Handle cancellations/reversals of sales orders as needed.
• Prepare daily Stage Reports and email to responsible parties for timely shipment execution.
• Ensure QA blocking and prompt resolution with QA to avoid overdue shipments.
• Support quarter-end activities and PI count.
