Job summary

IAQ Energy Facility Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a BIM Engineer to create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, Pipe and Electrical models for on-site projects in Malaysia.

You will ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plans and collaborate with multiple disciplines to manage changes efficiently. Requirements include a Engineering degree and at least 3 years in construction with hands-on Autodesk Revit experience.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in the construction industry with hands on experience in Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.
• High level of integrity drives and result oriented.
• Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to multi task, working on several projects at any one time.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models.
• Ensure that the model aligns with BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate with internal/external disciplines on design and model changes.
• Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
• Communicate changes in BIM Models effectively to project teams.
