Qualifications

• Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce or retail sales environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with online sales platforms and CRM software.
• Customer-focused mindset with a goal-driven attitude.
• Malay and English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across online platforms promptly and professionally.
• Process online orders accurately while maintaining high service standards.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote products through online channels.
• Meet and strive to exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Coordinate with warehouse for timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Update product listings and online inventory as required.
• Assist in promotional campaigns and improve online brand presence.
• Set up and manage Google Business Profile and TikTok accounts.
