Job summary

MOMOYO Malaysia is seeking a proactive Takeaway Operations Executive to manage online delivery platforms, drive takeaway sales nationwide, and support stores in optimizing delivery operations.

You will develop strategies, manage platforms like Grab, FoodPanda and Shopee, analyze data, and collaborate with Marketing to run promotions. Travel across outlets in Malaysia may be required, with a focus on operational excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing online food delivery platforms; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in F&B sales, marketing, operations, takeaway or delivery services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese due to business needs.
• Willing to travel to outlets across Malaysia when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop takeaway strategies to increase sales and brand visibility across delivery platforms and stores nationwide.
• Manage relationships with Grab, FoodPanda and Shopee, coordinate platform campaigns, and negotiate commissions and commercial terms.
• Monitor sales performance, customer preferences and campaign results to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotions that drive customer engagement and takeaway sales.
• Guide and train store managers on takeaway operations, promotional execution and store-specific strategies.
• Assist stores with delivery platform registration, account setup, documentation and ongoing account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
