Job summary

MOVA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an E-commerce Business Operations Assistant to drive end-to-end operations for the Malaysian cashback and e-commerce business. You will work with merchants, platforms, KOLs, and internal teams to support growth and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires hands-on experience in e-commerce, cashback, CPS affiliate or distribution operations, familiarity with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop Malaysia, and strong data analysis, compliance awareness, and

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in business or e-commerce.
Experience in Malaysia e-commerce or cashback domains is preferred.
Strong understanding of Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop Malaysia and CPS affiliate operations.
Bilingual Mandarin and English; Malay language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with e-commerce platforms and local merchants to expand partnerships.
Negotiate cashback commissions and exclusive coupon benefits.
Maintain merchant libraries and cashback links; resolve settlements and link issues.
Plan localized campaigns for major festivals and promotions across Malaysia.
Manage MOVA user communities and respond to daily inquiries.
Oversee affiliate promoter team and provide operation training.
Monitor KPIs: registrations, activity, orders, and CAC to drive growth.
