Vistra in Malaysia is hiring an Onboarding Manager (APAC) to lead end-to-end client onboarding, due diligence and ongoing lifecycle activities for fund clients. You will work with internal teams to ensure a compliant, efficient client journey and support growth initiatives across the region.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, governance and leveraging technology to improve onboarding workflows, with regional coverage from the Malaysia base.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years in client services, onboarding and KYC or client lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Fund structures and Fund clients.
• Experience onboarding Fund clients within Corporate Services or Fund Administration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess risks and implement process improvements.
• Basic AML/KYC regulatory knowledge and standards.

• Plan and oversee end-to-end onboarding and client activation.
• Coordinate with commercial, KYC, Compliance and Service Delivery teams.
• Govern and optimize onboarding processes with data analytics and tech.
• Support business development by providing onboarding expertise in pitches.
