Job summary

Vistra in Malaysia is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead client onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing lifecycle activities for APAC funds. You’ll partner with KYC, Compliance and Service Delivery to ensure a seamless, compliant client experience.

Reporting to the Head of Funds Customer Acceptance, APAC, you’ll drive process improvements, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting business development and client pitches.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in client services, onboarding or KYC.
• Familiarity with Fund structures and Fund clients.
• Experience onboarding Fund clients within Corporate Services or Fund Administration.
• Basic knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and due diligence processes for clients.
• Collaborate with KYC, Compliance and Service Delivery teams.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Support business development by contributing onboarding expertise to pitches.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize client lifecycle management.
