Job summary

Al-Ambia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor for a contract, on-site role in Selangor. You will ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction sites, train staff, investigate incidents, and drive a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a safety role in construction, with a valid DOSH certificate in Malaysia, and the ability to communicate clearly and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in site safety within construction.
• Valid DOSH certification or equivalent in Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regs, hazards and controls.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement and maintain site-specific health and safety plans.
• Provide safety induction and training to site personnel, contractors and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses, document findings and implement corrective actions.
