Job summary

CNECC Engineering(Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor to oversee daily safety at project sites in Shah Alam. The role requires strong on-site supervision, coordinating with construction teams and clients.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; Mandarin is an added advantage. Candidates with First Aid/CPR training and at least five years of site safety experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Certificate (Yellow Book) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site safety experience.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Basic First Aid and CPR training is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently on site and coordinate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily site safety supervision and inspections
• Conduct site induction and toolbox meetings for workers
• Support accident investigation, corrective actions, and preventive plans
• Coordinate safety matters with construction teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Support safety audits and authority/consultant inspections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMA, DOSH regulations, and safety standards
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
