Job summary

Ecobuilt Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee on-site safety, health and environmental compliance across construction activities in Selangor.

You will implement policies, conduct daily inspections, coordinate safety trainings, liaise with subcontractors and authorities, and maintain records to prevent incidents. Must have a relevant degree/diploma and 3+ years in construction site safety, plus SSS registration.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site safety supervision in construction.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations for construction sites.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with JKKP/Department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-site compliance with safety, health and environment policies.
• Conduct daily safety inspections to identify hazards and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training sessions and emergency response planning.
• Liaise with subcontractors and authorities to resolve safety issues.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents and training logs.
