Job summary

MCS Management Sdn Bhd in Selabak is recruiting a DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor to enforce DOSH and CIDB safety regulations on-site, lead toolbox talks, and conduct risk assessments.

You will investigate incidents, coordinate with project managers and sub-contractors, and maintain safety records; a Yellow Book holder with >=3 years of experience and knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, CIDB is required.

Qualifications

• Yellow Book Holder (DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor).
• Minimum 3 years of construction site safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and CIDB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Enforce DOSH and CIDB safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct site audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments (HIRARC).
• Enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use and daily safe work practices.
• Lead daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site orientations.
• Investigate accidents/near-misses and maintain safety records and DOSH reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, sub-contractors, and authority inspectors.
