Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to effectively communicate project status and address any issues
• Identify and resolve any technical or operational challenges that arise during the construction process
• Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards and quality requirements
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
