Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure project schedules and milestones are achieved.
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure works follow drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Track project progress against the work programme.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Assist in monitoring costs and budgets.
• Coordinate material requisitions and deliveries.
• Maintain project documentation and filing.
