Job summary

You will collaborate with vendors and staff on IT projects, document configurations and incident resolutions, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable IT operations for the group’s activities.

Qualifications

• Strong IT foundation with experience supporting enterprise environments.
• Familiar with LAN/WAN, security monitoring and server management.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Customer service mindset to support internal stakeholders with clear communication.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer IT infrastructure including networks, servers and end-user systems.
