Job summary

TRISYSTEMS ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking an on-site HR Executive - Digitalisation in Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. The role focuses on HR digitalisation, recruitment, and employee relations to streamline processes and support efficient HR operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR/IT/Business Admin or related field, with 1–2 years’ HR experience, and strong IT skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 365 tools (Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred, along with good

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, particularly in HR digitalisation, recruitment, or process improvement.
• Fresh graduates with strong IT skills and a tech-savvy mindset are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in HR digitalization, workflow automation, process improvement, or HR systems will be an advantage.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, Power Automate, Forms, Power BI, or other digitalisation tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work closely with HODs and management.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR digitalization initiatives, including KPI/PMS digitalization, workflow automation, and process improvement
• Streamline HR systems, records, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and data management
• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, job advertising, screening, and interview coordination
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, recruitment platforms, and professional networks
• Coordinate candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
• Manage employee disciplinary, Industrial Relations (IR), and Employee Relations (ER) matters
• Handle misconduct cases, disciplinary documentation, and employee relations processes
