Job summary

Trisystems Engineering in Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan is seeking an HR Executive - Digitalisation to manage HR digitalisation, recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations. The role partners with employees, management and external stakeholders to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in HR digitalisation, recruitment or process improvement; fresh graduates with strong IT skills are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business Admin, Management, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of HR experience in digitalisation, recruitment or process improvement.
• Fresh graduates with strong IT skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in HR digitalisation, workflow automation, or HR systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR digitalisation initiatives, KPI/PMS digitalisation, workflow automation, and process improvement.
• Streamline HR systems, records, and reporting to improve efficiency and data management.
• Manage recruitment activities: sourcing, job advertising, screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle disciplinary, IR and ER matters and maintain HR documentation.
