• Strong recruitment, policy development, and labour law knowledge for Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks on-site.
• Willingness to base on-site in Gurun, Kedah with Chinese-speaking coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and admin processes.
• Manage training, talent development, and succession planning.
