Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years experience in construction supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysia construction methods and safety codes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities according to plans and timelines.
• Manage and motivate workforce; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to reinforce safety protocols.
• Inspect workmanship and materials for standards and codes.
• Monitor site safety and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of daily activities, attendance, equipment usage, and progress.
• Liaise with managers, clients and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Organise site resources to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct routine site inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Report progress, delays, and propose solutions to keep schedules.
