Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring work meets plans, specs and timelines.
• Lead construction workforce, assign tasks, monitor performance and provide direction.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Inspect workmanship and materials for code compliance.
• Monitor site safety standards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of daily site activities, attendance, equipment usage and progress.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Organise site resources to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct routine site inspections and maintenance to ensure cleanliness and compliance.
• Report progress, delays, and propose solutions to maintain schedules.
