Job summary

CEMERLANG (KJM) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects within budget and schedule.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, materials, and site resources while maintaining quality standards across multiple sites in Selangor. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, strong drawing interpretation skills, and the ability to lead teams with excellent time management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or equivalent in construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards and building regulations.
• Ability to manage construction teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
• Ensure delivered construction materials meet specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports, take progress photos, and take site measurements.
• Minimise material and manpower wastage; handle labour and supplier disputes.
