Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant end-to-end construction project experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage construction projects to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and approvals to maintain regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Identify potential risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
• Oversee resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize project delivery.
• Verify that all works conform to drawings and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy.
