Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and regulators to set goals.
• Develop and monitor schedules, plans and budgets to meet milestones.
• Supervise crews, assign work, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Prepare and submit NOD and Bill of Quantities to clients.
• Update and manage records in project management systems.
• Lead on-site coordination meetings as required.
• Address site issues with corrective actions.
