Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad is seeking a Construction Supervisor to manage projects from initiation through completion. You will coordinate with clients, architects and subcontractors to meet milestones while adhering to budgets and specifications.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering and proven supervisory experience with strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements. On-site presence is essential to ensure safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in construction supervisory roles with on-time, on-budget completion.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques and materials.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, work plans and budgets.
• Supervise construction crews and subcontractors, assign work and provide guidance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Address issues during construction and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records and documents per procedures.
• Lead On Site Coordination meetings with Head of Section and subcontractors.
