Job summary

PH World Property Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a hands-on Site Engineer to lead on-site construction activities from earthworks to handover. You will supervise site personnel, coordinate main contractors, and resolve technical issues in real-time to maintain quality and timelines.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background with 3–5 years of active site experience in building construction or civil works, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field (as applicable).
• 3–5 years of hands-on site experience in building construction, civil works, or infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record supervising main contractors and trades and delivering milestones on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Interpret blueprints and conduct site surveying to establish layouts; oversee on-site construction tasks.
• Quality Control: Inspect workmanship, formwork, reinforcement, and materials; manage NCRs and conformity testing.
• Resource & Schedule Management: Coordinate material delivery and heavy machinery; monitor master schedule and labor allocation.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain site logs and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager; handle RFIs and as-built drawings.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety rules and comply with local building codes and environmental regulations.
