Job summary

S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Site Supervisor for Project Implementation in Johor. You will supervise on-site construction, monitor progress, verify drawings, and ensure work aligns with quality standards.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field, have 2–3 years in building construction, and excel in coordination, problem-solving and communication. You will also assist in progress reporting and site measurements for valuation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in building construction.
• Experience in site supervision, progress monitoring, billing support, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on site and report deviations.
• Check contractor progress to ensure work is on schedule.
• Verify physical progress on site.
• Submit and update site progress reports for delays or issues.
• Check and follow up to ensure product quality in accordance with company standards.
• Liaise with consultants to resolve construction issues and assist in CPA & ICQ preparation.
• Participate in joint site measurement with contractors and the QS to ensure accurate progress valuation.
• Ensure site is ready CCC.
