Job summary

TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead on-site construction and automotive-related operations at our Tawau, Sabah facility. This full-time role focuses on safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery, with responsibility for a skilled team and resource management.

You will ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements while guiding team members and coordinating with management to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in construction or related industry.
• Knowledge of Malaysia construction practices, safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise workers and trades for efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory and allocation of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain records of work, labour hours, safety incidents, and documentation.
• Communicate with senior management, clients, and team members on objectives and expectations.
• Lead toolbox talks and training to maintain skills and safety culture.
