Job summary

Capcon Consulting seeks a senior architectural lead to direct design teams for a flagship hyperscale data centre campus in Johor Bahru. You will manage architectural drawings, BIM models, and presentations, ensuring design integrity and coordination across disciplines.

Requirements include a degree in architecture and experience with PMCs, main contractors, or tier-1 subs. Strong documentation and statutory knowledge are essential for success in this on-site role.

• Clear verbal communication and precise documentation control are essential.
• Knowledge of statutory codes and multidisciplinary coordination is expected.
