Job summary

PMC is seeking an experienced Architectural Lead for a flagship hyperscale data centre campus in Johor Bahru. You will lead design teams, oversee BIM models, and coordinate with authorities to deliver high-quality architectural solutions onsite.

Applicants should hold a Degree in Architecture, have strong communication, and be adept at documentation control. Experience with PMCs or main contractors is welcome; relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related design discipline is required.
• PMCs, client teams, main contractors, and Tier-1 subs experience is valued.
• Clear verbal communication and documentation control are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Oversee architectural drawings, BIM models, presentations, and design deliverables.
• Evaluate design variations, value engineering proposals, and technical solutions.
• Run design coordination meetings with authorities and project teams.
• Resolve spatial clashes with structural, MEP, and BIM experts.
• Maintain complete control of architectural records and revision drawings.
