Job summary

Fuku seeks a Senior QA/QC Lead to head quality, QMS and audits on a Johor data centre hyperscale site. Five days on-site, relocation-friendly, with strong visibility and career leverage. Open to PMCs, main con, or Tier-1 contractor backgrounds, JB-based candidates prioritized.

You will mentor QA/QC engineers, review QMS and ITPs, manage NCRs, and drive zero-defect delivery on a landmark project. Strong paperwork and reporting skills are essential for this critical role.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or relevant construction qualifications required.
• Welcoming applicants from PMCs, main contractors, or Tier-1 contractors.
• Great education credentials considered in lieu of long experience.
• Paperwork management, reporting skills, and site coordination are essential.
• Obtain team buy-in for quality protocols and site standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers across all project phases.
• Review QMS, Project Quality Plans, and Method Statements.
• Manage ITPs and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Conduct internal audits and quality training sessions.
• Lead daily site assessments for total standard compliance.
• Maintain quality records, NCRs, and executive reports.
