Job summary

Capcon Consulting in Johor Bahru seeks a Civil/Structural site coordinator to lead large-scale packages on a hyperscale project. You will manage civil, structural, and architectural work, drive field coordination, and ensure on-time progress and quality.

You will evaluate variations, attend progress meetings, coordinate snagging with clients and contractors, and maintain rigorous project controls while ensuring safety and thorough documentation. Five days on-site, potential relocation to JB.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction track record.
• Open to PMCs, client-side, main contractors, or sub-contractors.
• High-caliber graduates with strong education welcome to apply.
• Exceptional written paperwork, process implementation, and site coordination required.
• Ability to align stakeholders and maintain strict project controls.
