Job summary

Fuku, a premier PMC, is seeking a civil/site leader to manage mega-builds in Johor Bahru.

You will oversee civil, structural, and architectural packages, drive coordination across client, consultant, and contractor teams, and lead progress meetings while ensuring timely snagging, safety, and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction track record.
• Experience coordinating large-scale civil/structural projects.
• Strong written paperwork and process implementation.
• Ability to align stakeholders and maintain project controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale civil, structural, and architectural construction packages.
• Evaluate value engineering proposals, variations, and potential project delays.
• Lead site progress meetings and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams.
• Track day-to-day field progress, safety, and issue reports.
• Assist in completing handover plans and required documentation on time.
