Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT with 2–3 years of deployment and maintenance experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft Server, SQL Server, and Reporting Services.
• Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and AD/RDS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and end-user computing support is preferred.
• Exposure to networking, security, and incident handling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks on infrastructure operations according to IT standards.
• Assist in monitoring daily infrastructure traffic and performance.
• Configure infrastructure and related environments (hardware, software).
• Maintain documentation of maintenance procedures and tests.
• Support upgrades, testing, and scheduled changes to infrastructure.
• Coordinate deployment of new or upgraded infrastructure.
• Act as first point of contact for infrastructure incidents and escalate when needed.
• Document incidents and resolution steps in management systems.
• Help develop service level objectives and track metrics.
