Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or System Administration.
• Strong experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP administration.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and system availability.
• Familiarity with patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, firewall, routing).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Install, configure, and administer Windows/Linux servers, including patching and upgrades.
• Manage virtualization platforms and provision VMs.
• Administer Active Directory services including DNS and DHCP.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot incidents.
• Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery processes, including tests.
• Implement infrastructure security practices and OS hardening.
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation and diagrams.
