Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Operations, or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Malay, English, Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable coordinating with frontline retail teams across departments.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional strategies for bedding products.
• Plan and coordinate roadshow events across locations, handling logistics and staffing.
• Coordinate inventory and promotions with e-commerce to enable omnichannel shopping.
• Create and update price tickets to ensure accurate pricing.
• Manage homewares stock and promotional campaigns with marketing and e-commerce.
• Perform other reasonable duties as advised.
