Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the Operations team. You will coordinate campaigns and events, manage logistics, and ensure timely execution of promotional activities across stores and digital platforms.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Marketing and 2–3 years’ experience in event/retail ops or marketing, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• 2-3 years in event/retail ops or marketing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization.
• Ability to handle vendor and B2B claims.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning event logistics and timeline.
• Arrange stock ordering, allocation and delivery plan.
• Upload Atrium offer list and MDM pricing.
• Prepare insurance cover note, PO and payment submission to Finance.
• Apply Stamp Duty Fee for event space in MyTax system.
• Apply for local authority and mall work permits.
• Coordinate POS, credit card and security arrangements.
• Announce event details to stores and suppliers.
• Update sales progress to mall and suppliers.
• Prepare for post-event stocktake and follow-ups.
