Job summary

ELSA in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Material Coordinator to organize readiness, receiving, inspection, storage and disposal of stock and non-stock assets at warehouses and yards. You will coordinate QAQC inspections, manage third-party inspections, and ensure accurate cargo handling equipment; also handle customs declarations and inventory updates in the management system.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum five years' experience as Material Coordinator with warehouse knowledge.
• Experience in SAP and SAP SMARTGEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor and execute readiness, receiving, inspection, storage, withdrawal, and disposal of stock and non-stock assets.
• Coordinate QAQC inspections for goods received and manage third-party inspections when required.
• Provide logistics support to ensure smooth supply base operations and vessel movements between bases and rigs.
• Handle Customs Declaration for imported materials/equipment.
• Prepare PR/Orders for LLI and monitor delivery.
• Update stock receipts, withdrawals, returns in the materials management system.
• Prepare post-drilling inventory report after project completion.
• Consolidate inventory to minimize surplus and storage costs.
