Job summary

Elsa Talent is seeking a Material Coordinator in Labuan, Malaysia, to manage readiness, receiving, inspection, storage, and disposal of assets at the warehouse and yards. The role also covers logistics to support offshore operations and vessel movement to the rig.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Supply Chain or related field with at least five years' experience in warehouse procedures, including SAP or SAP SMARTGEP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics)
• Minimum five (5) years' experience as Material Coordinator with warehouse knowledge
• Knowledge in SAP and/or SAP SMARTGEP system

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor and execute readiness, receiving, inspection, storage, withdrawal, and disposal of assets.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections for goods received and arrange third-party inspections when needed.
• Provide logistics support to ensure smooth supply-base operations and vessel movements to the rig.
• Handle customs declarations for materials/equipment imported to the supply base.
• Create and expedite PR/Orders for LLI and monitor deliveries.
• Update receipts and returns in the materials management system.
• Consolidate inventory to minimize surplus and storage costs.
