Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Material Coordinator on a contract basis (6 months + 6 months) to organize, monitor and execute readiness, receiving, storage and withdrawal of assets at the Company Warehouse & Yard, vendors yards, and drilling rigs.

The role ensures safe offloading and efficient transportation in line with warehouse practices. You will coordinate inspections (QAQC), manage customs declarations, create and expedite PR/Orders, and maintain accurate stock updates in

Qualifications

Diploma in Supply Chain or related discipline.
Minimum five years' experience as Material Coordinator with warehouse knowledge.
Experience with SAP and SAP SMARTGEP systems.

Responsibilities

Organize, monitor and execute readiness, receiving, storage, withdrawal and disposal of assets.
Perform QAQC inspections for goods received and coordinate third-party inspections.
Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth supply base operations and vessel movements.
Coordinate customs declarations for materials/equipment imported into supply base.
Create and expedite PR/Orders and monitor deliveries.
Update receipts and stock movements in the materials management system.
Consolidate inventory to minimize surplus and storage costs.
