Job summary

Dimension Bid Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales Engineer to join the E-line Cased Hole Services (CHS) team and support offshore operations in Malaysia. You will be the main client contact, delivering technical solutions, driving sales growth, and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

You will promote CHS offerings, visit clients regularly, provide technical consultation, and work with Operations to ensure timely, high-quality project execution while upholding HSSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Oil & Gas Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years offshore Oil & Gas experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Engineer.
• Good technical knowledge of E-line operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build long-term client relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
• Strong understanding of HSSE and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering value-added technical solutions.
• Promote Cased Hole Services and related solutions, identifying opportunities to expand business and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits to review service performance and gather feedback.
• Provide technical consultation and operational support, ensuring timely communication on updates and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Operations and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality service delivery.
• Take ownership of client inquiries, coordinating to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with clear communication.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, customer feedback, market intelligence, and performance updates to management.
• Support the development and implementation of customer-focused strategies and continuous improvement plans.
