Job summary

HICOM-Teck See Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an assistant to support shop floor Autonomous Maintenance and 5S activities.

You will coordinate maintenance, ensure TPM reports are updated on time, and keep department filing systems and display boards current. You will also drive 5S housekeeping, audit the plant for faults and restorations, ensure compliance with disciplinary requirements, share information with team members, participate in committees, and attend scheduled trainings while

• General understanding and broad knowledge of plant operations and plant processes engineering requirements.
• Ability to understand the elements that drive the plant's productivity and quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Autonomous Maintenance activities on the shop floor.
• Provide on-time updates of TPM reports.
• Maintain department filing system and document control.
• Update TPM display boards and keep them presentable.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in the department.
• Audit the plant for Fuguai detections and restorations.
• Comply with disciplinary requirements as imposed.
• Transfer information to other personnel as required.
• Participate in working committee for conventions.
• Attend all scheduled trainings.
• Prepare Career Development Path and discuss with Coordinator.

• 1) Coordination on Autonomous Maintenance activities
• 2) On time updates of TPM reports
• 3) Department filling system and document control are updated and maintained
• 4) All TPM display boards are updated and in presentable condition
• 5) Departmental 5S Housekeeping activities are ongoing and maintained
• 6) Audit the plant on Fuguai detections and restorations activities
• 7) To comply with all disciplinary requirements imposes
• 8) Information is transferred to the other personnel whenever required
• 9) Working committee for all conventions
• 10) To attend all training that is schedule
• 11) To prepare his / her Career Development Path and discuss with Coordinator

Requirements

Job Knowledge (Minimum Requirement)

A. Education

Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Any Engineering course

B. Experience (Years)

3 to 5 years working experience in Production and manufacturing field

C. Special requirements (Knowledge / Training)
