Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor in Malaysia to support trials, plan schedules, and supervise operators. The role requires hands-on leadership, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, and ISO standards familiarity.

The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years in production with strong communication skills and be proficient in 5S and ERP environments. On-site position with growth opportunities within a manufacturing setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in production (Team Leader/Senior Operator/Associate Supervisor roles).
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with conflict management ability.
• Knowledge and practice of 5S housekeeping.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 13485.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on in production activities.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, etc.) is an added advantage.
