Job summary

ShopBack Cashback Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive intern to support HR and office operations. You will manage onboarding day logistics, engagement events, and maintain facilities and hardware assets.

You will participate in planning company events, coordinating vendor activities, and assisting with IT-related onboarding tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to administration, culture-building, and data-driven insights within a fast-growing tech group.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (HR, psychology, communications, business administration)
• Interest in AI tools and improving processes
• Organised with ability to track hardware, budgets and timelines
• Clear writing and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with data and extracting insights from metrics

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding day logistics and offboarding for Malaysia hires.
• Plan and host the employee engagement calendar (events, campaigns, wellness).
• Manage office stock, vendor coordination and facilities operations.
• Maintain hardware register and act as IT liaison for the team.
