Job summary

Penguin Solutions is seeking a Program Executive, OEM in Penang, Malaysia to manage customer orders and be the first point of contact for inquiries on products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and support revenue reporting for the Product Line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of order fulfillment or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Macro or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders per policy.
• Handle order changes and maintain data files.
• Update customers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Serve as first point of contact via phone or email.
• Coordinate with other departments to support on-time delivery.
• Support site KPIs: Commit Orders Timely, On-Time Delivery, Revenue Target.
• Assist in demand forecasting based on orders.
• Use SAP, WIPTrack, QlikView, Salesforce, and RMA Portal for order management.
• Support audit requirements related to order management.
• Prepare OEM revenue reporting for the Product Line.
• Track inventory reserves for finished goods and scrap material.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts for RMAs in specified locations.
• Assist Procurement in transacting and shipping components and raising debit notes.
