Penguin Solutions is seeking a Program Executive, OEM to manage customer orders, pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and revenue reporting for the Product Line.

With 1–3 years in order fulfillment, you will use SAP, WIPTrack, QlikView, Salesforce, and the RMA Portal to support order management, reporting, and audits while contributing to demand forecasting and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of order fulfillment or related experience.
• Able to work effectively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Process customer purchase orders per policy and pricing.
• Provide timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and changes.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers by phone or email.
• Collaborate with other departments to support on-time delivery and KPI achievement.
• Assist in forecasting demand based on customer orders and trends.
