Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for routine customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Assist with processing ocean shipments and preparing documentation.
• Update shipment details in CargoWise One (CW1) and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, transport) for basic service requirements.
• Support cargo pick-up and delivery arrangements as directed by senior staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations under supervision.
• Escalate issues such as delays or documentation discrepancies to senior team members promptly.
• Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment and meet service standards.
