Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level Customer Service / Logistics support role. You will act as a point of contact for routine inquiries, provide shipment updates, and assist with processing ocean shipments and documentation.

You will update shipment details in CW1, coordinate with internal teams, and help with invoicing and admin tasks. This is a growth-focused role with training and exposure to ocean freight operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or logistics (entry-level candidates may be considered).
• Basic understanding of ocean freight processes and regulations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to freight systems (e.g., CargoWise One) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for routine customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Assist with processing ocean shipments and preparing documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Update shipment details in CW1 and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, transport) for basic service requirements.
• Support cargo pick-up and delivery arrangements as directed by senior staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations under supervision.
• Escalate issues such as delays or documentation discrepancies to senior team members promptly.
• Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment and collaborate to meet service standards.
