Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sea freight customer service or documentation.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.

• Proactive, organized, and service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process LCL/FCL bookings and confirm space with carriers and agents.
• Prepare HBL/MBL documentation and verify regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, port, and operations teams for container movements.
• Provide real-time shipment visibility and updates to partners.
• Handle rate inquiries, billing coordination, and service-related issues.
• Update DSR by ensuring timely data entry and accuracy.
• Maintain positive relationships with forwarding partners and internal teams.
