The role requires a diploma/degree in logistics or maritime studies with at least 2 years' sea freight customer service or documentation experience. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Process LCL/FCL bookings and confirm space with carriers and agents.
• Prepare HBL/MBL documentation and verify regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, port, and operations teams for container movements.
• Provide real-time shipment visibility and updates to partners.
• Handle rate inquiries, billing coordination, and service-related issues.
• Update DSR by ensuring timely data entry and accuracy.
• Maintain positive relationships with forwarding partners and internal teams.
