Job summary

Fuku is seeking a customer service professional with a focus on sea freight to serve as the primary contact for customers, manage bookings, and provide timely shipment updates. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, and proven sea freight experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in sea freight or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of sea freight operations, documentation, and international trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for sea freight inquiries, bookings, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate sea freight shipments and ensure proper documentation (bills of lading, invoices, customs paperwork).
• Monitor shipment progress and communicate delays or changes to customers.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system of customer interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sea freight and logistics.
• Assist in preparing reports and performance metrics to evaluate service quality.
