Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and prompt payment follow-ups.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in customer service or order management, fluent English and Chinese, and SAP/MS Office proficiency. Manufacturing or B2B experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or order management.
• Solid understanding of order management, logistics, invoicing, and collections.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience in manufacturing or B2B industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including orders, invoicing, and payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance.
• Monitor order status and resolve delays or issues.
• Support credit checks and risk assessment prior to order release.
• Maintain accurate records and customer communications.
